KOALA AND KANGAROO VIRTUAL TOURS
Get up close to a Koala, scratch a Kangaroo and meet all of your favourite Australian animals in an outdoor bush setting in Sydney, Australia, at Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park.
Why does a kangaroo hop? Is the Tasmanian Devil really that devilish? How much can a Koala Bear?!! We take you right into the thick of the wildlife park and your Australian guide will tell you everything you wanted to know about Australia’s friendliest and deadliest creatures, but were too afraid to ask!
Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park
Featherdale is 45 minutes west of Sydney city and has over 2000 Australian animals. They love nothing more than sharing the opportunity to get up close to Australia’s native wildlife with you. With koalas, kangaroos, cassowaries, crocodiles, cockatoos and Quokkas, wallabies, wombats and witchetty grubs, snakes, spiders and sea eagles, blue penguins, emus, echidnas, pelicans, kookaburras, flying fruit bats, and even dingoes, Featherdale has every Aussie animal you could ever want to visit. Some of them are best seen from a very safe distance!
What is a Virtual Tour?
If you are unable to visit Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park or Australia in person, you can join us Live in Real Time with one of our guides via Zoom or video conferencing link of your choice. Your guide has a phone sitting in a gimbal (phone stabiliser) and will talk directly with you through their microphone to you on the other side of the world or maybe even the galaxy! The guide will walk around the park, pointing out all the interesting animals and their habits along the way. Be entertained with humorous anecdotes and maybe hear some tall stories from your dinky-di Aussie guide.
Our Virtual Tours are an excellent way to connect and experience the wild world of Aussie wildlife from the comfort of your own home, on the beach or at your office. Virtual Tours are ideal for school groups doing a class assignment, retirees looking for something adventurous, or maybe a family or group of friends who want to see a koala or kangaroo in real life.
You can interact directly with your Australian tour guide, ask them questions about the animals you are seeing and hear the weird and wonderful sounds as they make their way around this interactive wildlife park, just 45 minutes west of Sydney city. The best time to book is early in the morning when the animals are at their most active.
