What destinations do you cover?

We offer experiences across Sydney and regional New South Wales, including:

  • Sydney harbour and coastal highlights
  • The Blue Mountains

  • South Coast. Grand Pacific Drive and Southern Highlands
  • Wildlife encounters and private local experiences
How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking ahead where possible, especially during peak seasons. That said, we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute requests where availability allows.

On the Day

Where does the tour begin?

Your day begins at your door. We provide seamless pick-up and drop-offs from city hotels and Air BnB/private residences within 3km (2 mi) of the city centre, as well as both cruise terminals and both Sydney airports.

What if I’m staying outside your standard pick-up area?

Not a problem, simply contact us with your location. Depending on where you’re based, a small additional fee may apply, or we can recommend a convenient central pick-up point within the city.

Can I be picked up from Bondi?

While Bondi is outside our standard pick-up area (approximately 30 minutes from the city), we’re happy to offer a couple of options:

  1. Direct Bondi pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee, please contact us to discuss.
  2. Alternatively, you’re welcome to make your own way into the city, where your guide can meet you outside the InterContinental Sydney Hotel (Macquarie Street entrance).
Can I be picked up from Manly?

While Manly is outside our standard pick-up area (approximately 45–60 minutes from the city, depending on traffic), we’re happy to offer a couple of options:

  1. Direct Manly pick-up and drop-off can be arranged for an additional fee, please contact us to discuss.
  2. Alternatively, you’re welcome to make your own way into the city, where your guide can meet you in the forecourt of the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay.

Can I choose a custom start time for my tour?

Yes—start times can be tailored to suit your plans, with a few guidelines depending on the tour:

Sydney Half Day Tour (4 hours)
Typically operates at 8:00am or 1:00pm. Morning departures can be adjusted slightly to 8:30am, while afternoon tours can begin anytime from 12:30pm onwards. Please note that in winter, daylight hours are shorter, with sunset around 5:00pm.

Sydney Full Day Tour (8 hours)
Usually starts around 9:00am, however we’re very happy to customise the start time to suit your schedule.

Blue Mountains Tour (10 hours)
Standard start times are 7:30am or 8:30am. We recommend the earlier departure, as the wildlife at Featherdale Wildlife Park are most active in the morning, though we can adjust the timing to suit a more relaxed start, if preferred.

Hunter Valley Wine Tasting Tour (10 hours)
Typically begins at 7:45am. Alternative start times can be arranged on request, just speak with our team.

South Coast to Country Tour (10 hours)
Generally starts at 7:30am, though a later departure can certainly be accommodated if required.

Where possible, we always aim to balance flexibility with the best overall experience on the day.

What should we bring?

We suggest:

  • Comfortable, well-suited footwear
  • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
  • A light jacket for changing conditions
  • Swimwear for coastal experiences
  • A camera—there will be moments worth capturing

Vehicles & Comfort

What vehicles do you operate?

Our fleet consists of modern, premium vehicles selected for comfort, space, and presentation. Expect a smooth, quiet ride throughout the day.

What group sizes do you cater to?

We accommodate everything from individual travellers through to larger private groups, with appropriate vehicles arranged accordingly.

Families & Personal Requirements

Are tours suitable for families?

Very much so. We adjust the pace and flow of the day to ensure it remains engaging and comfortable for all ages.

Can you provide child seats?

Certainly. Please let us know the age of any children at the time of booking so we can arrange the appropriate seating. In accordance with New South Wales law, all children aged 6 years and under must be secured in an approved child seat.

Do you cater to specific requirements?

Yes. Whether it’s dietary preferences, mobility considerations, or special occasions, we will tailor the experience to suit your needs.

Accessibility & Mobility Information

Can you accommodate guests with limited mobility?

Yes, we can absolutely cater to guests with limited mobility. Our tours are designed to be flexible, and our guides will adjust pacing and stops to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Can I bring a wheelchair or walker on the tour?

Yes, fold-up wheelchairs and walkers are welcome on our tours. Please let us know in advance so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle and space are arranged. Please note that you or a companion will need to lift the wheelchair or walker in and out of the vehicle. Our guide is happy to assist, but cannot manage this alone.

How much walking is involved on your tours?

Walking levels can vary depending on the tour, but we can tailor the experience to minimise walking where needed. Many of our key stops have easy access and short walking distances.

Are your tours suitable for seniors or guests who prefer a slower pace?

Absolutely. Our tours are very popular with seniors and guests who prefer a more relaxed pace. We focus on comfort, flexibility, and making sure you can enjoy each location without feeling rushed.

Do your vehicles have easy access?

Our vehicles are selected for comfort and accessibility. While they are not wheelchair lift-equipped, they are suitable for guests who can step in with minimal assistance.

Can you customise a tour for mobility needs?

Yes, private tours can be fully customised to suit mobility requirements. We can plan an itinerary with minimal walking, convenient drop-off points, and plenty of time to enjoy each stop.

Do I need to inform you about mobility requirements in advance?

Yes, we strongly recommend letting us know at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure the best possible experience.

Sydney Cruise & Airport Transfers with Tours

Do you offer cruise and airport transfers?

Yes, we provide transfers to and from Sydney cruise terminals, including Overseas Passenger Terminal and White Bay Cruise Terminal, as well as private transfers to and from Sydney International and Domestic Airports.

Can we combine a transfer with a tour?

Yes, you can combine your transfer with a Sydney or Blue Mountains tour to make the most of your time. It’s a convenient and enjoyable way to fill the gap if you arrive early and can’t check into your hotel until later in the day. Instead of waiting around with your luggage, you can start exploring straight away—seeing highlights, enjoying scenic stops, and getting a real feel for Sydney. We’ll safely store your luggage in the vehicle, then drop you at your hotel once your room is ready, making your arrival day seamless, relaxed, and far more memorable.p>

What if our flight or cruise is delayed?

No problem—we know delays can happen. We do our best to monitor arrival times and adjust your pickup where possible. We do ask that you let us know as soon as you’re aware of any changes so we can keep everything running smoothly. If delays are significant, additional waiting time or rescheduling fees may apply, but we’ll always communicate this clearly and work with you on the best solution.

What information do you need for pickup?

Please specify your flight number and/ or the name of your cruise ship, so we can ascertain which airport or cruise terminal we will pick you up from. We will then give you concise instructions as to where to meet our guide.

Weather & Flexibility

Do tours operate in all weather conditions?

We run in most conditions, and honestly, some of the best days happen when the weather keeps the crowds away. If needed, we’ll tweak the plan to make the most of the day.

When is the best time to visit Sydney?

Sydney is a year-round destination, though spring and autumn are particularly favourable for comfortable temperatures and ideal touring conditions.

How do we confirm a booking?

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

• 7 days or more prior to your tour – Full refund
• 6 days prior – 20% cancellation fee
• 72 hours (3 days) prior – 50% cancellation fee
• Within 24 hours or no-show – 100% fee applies

For groups of 15 guests or more, cancellations made within 7 days of the tour are non-refundable.

We always recommend confirming your plans in advance, and if you have any concerns, our team is happy to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and standard electronic payment methods.

Is Sydney a safe destination?

Sydney is widely regarded as a safe and welcoming city for visitors, with a relaxed and easy-going atmosphere. Like any major city, always be aware of your surroundings.

Do you host international guests?

Yes, welcoming international travellers is at the heart of what we do, and we take pride in showcasing Sydney with insight and authenticity! We may also be able provide guide in languages other than English. Please contact for more information.p>
